Hi Mohammad. Afraid there is no way to bring the two data sets together.
The Garmin Handy is a pretty useful piece of kit, when used as intended, but even with WAAS enabled and differential corrections being applied, can only give +/-10ft accuracy at best.
Afraid will need to revisit the BMs already established with survey grade GPS.
